Shaily has 15+ years of expertise in developing and executing corporate, brand and M&A strategies, managing a P/L, and leading cross-functional teams primarily in the consumer packaged goods industry. She has had leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Big Heart Pet Brands, and Del Monte Foods. She holds a MBA and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto in Canada. She served as an executive board member of the Goodman Theatre during her time in Chicago.
