Rachel Hirsch is the Founder and General Partner of Wellness Growth Ventures, a seed venture firm dedicated to investing in visionary female entrepreneurs who are driving innovation and expanding access to the consumer wellness and health market. With 15 years of experience in consumer investing and operations, Rachel has honed her expertise at UBS Investment Bank, Tiger Global, and Xponential Fitness (XPOF), before co-founding a series of wellness studios in Los Angeles.
Rachel brings a unique perspective to early-stage founders, combining her investor acumen with hands-on operational experience in the wellness sector. She is a well-established figure in the wellness community, boasting a dedicated following of over 20,000. Rachel holds an MBA from London Business School and a BS from The University of Texas at Austin.
