Peter Munsat has over 20 years working with early stage and middle market companies in the Health, Wellness, Food and Beverage and Nutrition industries. He has a broad range of technical skills and expertise in building and managing the Finance, Accounting, Operations and Human Resources functions in many organizations. He worked for 10 years for Healthy Directions, including playing key roles in the sale of Phillips Health (now Healthy Directions) to Private Equity. He was CFO for Wellness Corporate Solutions (sold to LabCorp), a leader in biometric screenings and wellness coaching programs and platforms for large employee populations. Most recently he was CFO of Adaptive Health and built the Finance, Accounting and HR functions of the organization to support growth and infrastructure that attracted Private Equity investment for the strategic merger of Adaptive Health and Nutrisystem. Peter has also worked on financial and operations modeling to position several start ups to attract capital in the Food and Beverage industry. He is currently a consultant working with founders of small businesses where he really enjoys collaborating and mentoring young companies to reach their potential.
Peter holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, an MA in Economics from The American University and a BA in Economics from Northeastern University.
