Mary Phillips is the founder of STEMMbridge, LLC providing coaching and mentoring services to early-stage growth-minded women and minority entrepreneurs looking to transform ideas, inventions, or discoveries in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or medicine (STEMM) into business. Mary is a proven leader, connector, scientist, registered patent agent, and entrepreneur with a fascination for microbiome science. She has spent over 22 years in research, technology transfer, intellectual property licensing, research development, and working with numerous startup company founders. Mary holds a Ph.D. in biophysical chemistry from Imperial College, London, and is on a mission to close the entrepreneurial gender gap by enabling founders to discover and hone their skills in leadership, team building, mental toughness, intellectual property strategy, research collaborations, and fundraising.
