Joerg is founder and board member of analyze & realize, a leading consulting and research company for the international natural products industry. Joerg has more than 25 years’ experience in management and scientific/regulatory consulting, strategy development, investment analysis and M&A transactions in the food, dietary supplement, herbal medicines, medical food and pharmaceutical industries. Joerg served as advisor to the FDA Office of Dietary Supplements, Council for Responsible Nutrition, U.S. Pharmacopoeia USP, and European Scientific Cooperative for Phytomedicines ESCOP. He holds editorial positions at several scientific and industry journals. Joerg has a PhD in biology/botany from Heidelberg University.
