Sara Zolfaghari has been working in the health, wellness and natural products industry since 2015, following an earlier career in the pharmaceutical industry. She holds a double master’s degree in Business Economics and Pharmaceutical Economics, providing a strong foundation in both commercial strategy and healthcare markets. In 2016, she founded Nature Soothie, a children’s supplement company that pioneered herbal remedies delivered in a lollipop format. As Founder and CEO, Sara led the company from concept to national distribution, expanding into more than 2,000 natural food stores across the United States, including Whole Foods Market and Sprouts Farmers Market. She successfully exited the company in 2021.


After her exit, Sara worked with TCA Venture Group in Los Angeles, where she screened startups for investment and mentored, advised, and consulted early-stage founders. She is currently an investor and board observer at Berry Organics, a natural ingredient electrolyte beverage company, and serves as Head of Product at ProBio Nutrition, where she leads product development for professional athlete nutrition systems and supplements.


With deep experience across CPG, product development, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, Sara is passionate about helping health and wellness companies build strong brands, scalable products, and sustainable growth. As a mentor, she brings a founder-first perspective shaped by firsthand operating, fundraising, and exit experience.
